Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable and Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable and Customer Service Specialist with background in marketing.
- Making phone calls and following up with customers. Taking orders from customers. Generating invoices and account statements. Performing account reconciliations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, collaborating with other teams, as necessary.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, always representing the company in a positive manner.
- Optimize our website and social media post/ad to promote products.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts receivable and customer service in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using accounting software.
- Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, email, display and search marketing.
- Upload new product listings to our website and several social media channels.
- Experience with design and editing tools, such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
